    Founded in 2009, Low T Center has quickly evolved into a pioneering and innovative medical practice model dedicated to improving men’s health and quality of life through testosterone replacement therapy and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.  In response to our patient's requests, we are expanding into Men's Wellness where we will manage other conditions causing symptoms common with Low Testosterone (like fatigue and lack of mental clarity). These conditions include Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Hypothyroid and chronic Allergies. We will also manage the chronic diseases that are often associated with or resulting from these conditions including Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Diabetes. Low T is focusing on getting men feeling great, then helping them to improve their diet and exercise to reduce their long-term dependence on medication and improve their overall health and wellness.  Low T Center has established itself as a leader in providing excellent and cutting-edge care and we are committed to creating a friendly, efficient environment for our patients   Our commitment to excellence starts with you!  Currently, we have 47 Low T Centers in 11 states and are committed to continuing growth throughout the country!

     

    JOB SUMMARY: The Low T Center Regional Operations Manager is a key player helping Low T achieve its quality of care and efficiency goals. The successful candidate has the wonderful opportunity to serve as both an internal consultant and a line manager; gaining valuable experience in both disciplines. The Regional Operations Manager simultaneously performs three primary jobs; data analytics, process improvement, and operational supervision/intervention. The Regional Operations Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists corporate operations in managing all day-to-day operations for our current and future medical center locations throughout the company.
    • Facilitates the execution of the company’s operational standards & strategies to ensure medical centers have all the necessary tools and resources to achieve all medical & operational performance metrics.
    • Contributes to and provides best practices to a designated group of medical centers that will successfully support our current business model, generate incremental revenue, services, and help stimulate future patient growth and retention.

    • Maintains excellent standards in all areas of operational activity and drives sales and profitability through the performance and development of medical center management staff.

    • Ensures quality by training and developing management staff on company processes, policies, procedures and position responsibilities.

    • Provides positive and constructive feedback to employees by coaching, mentoring, counseling or corrective guidance and action, as appropriate.

    • Interview and hiring top employee candidates that will support ongoing success in Low-T

    • Responsible for liaising with all corporate departments to deliver medical and operational excellence.

    • Review and management of all patient complaints within respective medical centers

    • Acts as a champion and advocate for the centers in collaboration with corporate departments providing medical & operational support.

    • Manages expenditures against P&Ls to ensure that they are in line with annual budgets for each region.

    • Participates in audits, forecasting and year-end results.
    • Provides strategic and tactical leadership in center operations that ensure financial goals, improved efficiencies and ensure patient experience & satisfaction.

    • Ensures financial performance and goals of the organization.
    • Monitors center operations to ensure the highest quality of products and services is provided to all patients.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    • 3+ years of retail multi-unit leadership experience (Preferably in the retail space)

    • Demonstrated ability to manage change
    • Ability to lead dynamically and effectively in a demanding, fast paced, team environment.
    • Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
    • Must be passionate about service, disciplined to drive process and committed to learning new technologies
    • Good organizational skills, time management and computer skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Strong work ethic
