The Manager of Operations Development is a key player in helping Low T achieve its quality of care and efficiency goals. The successful candidate has the wonderful opportunity to serve as an internal consultant but drive change with the authority and accountability of a line manager; gaining valuable experience in both disciplines. The position requires the candidate to simultaneously perform five functions: data analytics, on-site process audits (including time studies), process, technology & training improvement, and operational intervention. The expectation is the candidate will continuously drive operational (clinical and administrative) excellence by continuously repeating these steps and by working closely with the Operations, Marketing and Technology Teams. This position requires Monday through Thursday travel every other week. Travel will consists of quarterly trips to every Low T Clinic where in-depth reviews will be performed. This is a newly created position and reports directly to the President of Low T.
